                     Whitemouth, Manitoba, Canada, has been manufacturing portable building structures

                      under the brand name Diamond Shelters since 1989.  Diamond Shelters are

                                                            in use throughout the United States and Canada and are available in

                                                            sizes ranging from 15 feet wide to 160 feet wide in any length.  These easily-assembled structures

                                                            can be used for a variety of applications including:
